مرحبًا بك في موقع روّاد السفر (Travel Pioneers)، التابع لشركة هميم العالمية (Hameem International).
باستخدامك هذا الموقع أو حجزك لأي من خدماتنا، فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام الموضحة أدناه.

1. عام

• يخضع هذا الموقع وسياساتنا لأنظمة وقوانين سلطنة عمان.

• يحق لروّاد السفر تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، ويتم نشر النسخة المحدثة على هذه الصفحة.

2. الخدمات

• تقدم روّاد السفر خدمات السفر والسياحة والحجوزات الفندقية ورحلات شهر العسل والعطلات.

• الأسعار المعروضة قابلة للتغيير حسب توفر الخدمات أو تغير الضرائب أو أسعار الصرف.

• جميع الخدمات المقدمة تعتمد على شروط وأحكام مزوّدي الخدمات (مثل شركات الطيران والفنادق).
  
  

3. الحجز والدفع

• عند تأكيد الحجز، يجب دفع عربون غير مسترد لتأكيد الخدمة.

• يُعتبر الحجز مؤكّدًا فقط بعد استلام المبلغ وإرسال الإشعار الرسمي من الشركة.

• في حال عدم استكمال الدفعة في الوقت المحدد، يحق للشركة إلغاء الحجز دون إشعار مسبق.

4. الإلغاء والتعديلات

• جميع طلبات الإلغاء أو التعديل يجب أن تُرسل كتابيًا إلى البريد الرسمي:

• قد تُطبّق رسوم إلغاء من قبل مزوّدي الخدمات (فنادق، طيران، نقل...).

• في حال الإلغاء من طرف العميل بعد إصدار التذاكر أو القسائم، لن يتم استرجاع المبالغ المدفوعة إلا وفق سياسة المزودين.

5. المسؤولية

• لا تتحمل الشركة مسؤولية أي خسائر أو أضرار ناتجة عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتها (مثل التأخير في الرحلات أو الكوارث الطبيعية أو الإضرابات).

• العميل مسؤول عن التأكد من صحة بياناته ووثائق السفر (جواز السفر، التأشيرات، التطعيمات، الخ).
  
  

6. سياسة استرجاع الأموال

• في حال استحق العميل استرجاع أي مبلغ، سيتم ذلك خلال مدة أقصاها 14 يوم عمل بعد خصم أي رسوم أو تكاليف تحويل.
  
  

7. الخصوصية

• يتم التعامل مع بيانات العملاء بسرية تامة وفق سياسة الخصوصية المنشورة على موقعنا.

• باستخدامك هذا الموقع، فإنك توافق على طريقة جمع ومعالجة بياناتك وفق تلك السياسة.

3. Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking.
  
  

• A booking is only confirmed after payment and an official confirmation is sent by us.
  
  

• If payment is not received on time, the booking may be cancelled without notice.
  
  

4. Cancellation and Modifications

• Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing to info@travels-pioneers.com.
  
  

• Supplier fees may apply depending on the nature of the booking.
  
  

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed according to supplier refund policies.
  
  

5. Liability

• Travel Pioneers shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters).
  
  

• The customer is responsible for ensuring the validity of travel documents such as passports and visas.
  
  

6. Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days after deducting applicable fees or transfer costs.

• All customer data is handled confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
